Although made from 100% recycled cotton, the fiber maintains stable length and excellent color consistency, making it well-suited for melange yarn production. While its tensile strength is slightly lower than that of virgin cotton, this can be effectively compensated through optimized blending ratios.

The impurity removal rate was high, and since only pre-consumer white materials were used, no additional color-sorting process was required during production. The fiber length was consistently around 20mm with low dust content, enabling stable performance in OE spinning.
