SECO is a sustainable textile company based in Pocheon, Korea, producing GRS-certified recycled cotton fiber (18–22mm) from 100% pre-consumer fabric, with an annual capacity of 600 tons.

🔄Our 6-Step Process

Collect
We selectively collect 100% pre-consumer white and ivory cotton fabrics.
02.
Sorting
Impurities and color contaminants are thoroughly removed through both manual and mechanical processes.
03.
Cutting & Conditioning
Fabrics are cut to a consistent length and conditioned to ensure stable fiberization.
04.
Fiber Opening Process
The opener loosens the fabric and processes the fibers to a refined length of 18–22mm.
05.
Compression & Traceability
Compressed into 180–200kg units with ERP LOT tracking for full traceability.
06.
Delivery
We ensure safe delivery to clients with the issuance of GRS Transaction Certificates.

Pre-consumer fabric refers to unused textile remnants generated during the manufacturing process. As it has never been dyed, washed, or worn, it contains minimal impurities and maintains an exceptionally clean fiber state. This results in consistent fiber length, strength, and color quality—making it ideal for producing high-quality recycled fiber.
Minimized Color Variation
By using only single-color fabrics in white and ivory tones, our fiber can be reliably applied to melange yarns, undyed fabrics, and light-colored products. This contributes directly to consistent brand quality and enhanced customer satisfaction.
GRS Compliance and Traceability Assurance
Pre-consumer fabric is an ideal material for obtaining GRS (Global Recycled Standard) certification, as its origin and processing history can be clearly traced. For brands, this enables both supply chain transparency and verified sustainability.
